yes. If you leave your luggage at the front desk by 8:30 a.m., we will return it around 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
However, the service will be suspended on Sundays, public holidays, and consecutive holidays such as the year-end and New Year holidays.
There is also a coin laundry corner in the building, so please feel free to use it. The coin laundry is available 24 hours a day.
Due to the security settings of carriers such as docomo, au, softbank, etc., emails may not be delivered correctly if they are recognized as refusal to receive emails from users, or if the customer has set domain-specific reception as an anti-spam measure.

There is a rooftop terrace and an indoor bar on the top floor of the hotel.
You can enjoy drinks and BBQ all year round with a view of Tsutenkaku and Abeno Harukas.
There is no shop inside the hotel. There is a vending machine on the 3rd floor.
In addition, there is a 24-hour convenience store (Lawson) within a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
You can use wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) free of charge in the guest rooms and on the front floor.
However, please note that there is no wired LAN cable available.
A foreign currency exchange machine is installed in the lobby on the first floor and is available 24 hours a day.
We are sorry, but we do not have a private parking lot.
For guests staying consecutive nights, we use eco-cleaning.
For hygiene reasons, everything will be cleaned after the 4th night and every 3 days thereafter. (Example: 4th night, 7th night)
